Make your bookings as soon as possible to get the date you wish.  A deposit is required within 5 working days of your verbal committment. The balance is required in cash on the day or if payment is by cheque 7 working days before departure.  We do not use credit cards.

Issues that may concern you?

+ If the weather conditions make the event unsafe we will provide an alternative date or a full refund. If  circumstances occur that are beyond our control we will refund part of the charter fee. The portion or amount of the refund is at the sole discretion of the operator.

+ Cancellations require 14 days notice or your deposit is non-refundable.

+ If any passenger is incapacitated due to drugs or alcohol boarding will be refused or the charter will be terminated if/when the condition is discovered. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.  If a passenger has a known health-related condition or physical limitation this must be discussed with Terry at the time of the booking.
